Tech solutions for small-medium businesses shouldn't break the bank
These terms apply to SnowMail instances hosted and managed by Binaryfrost, and are supplementary to the General Terms and any contacts signed.
The email address configured for form submissions must be your personal, business, or third-party support service’s email address. You may not send form submissions to an unrelated party.
You may not send invalid data to the SnowMail API or dashboard, nor may you attempt to hack or reverse engineer a SnowMail instance that we host or manage.
If a free plan is available, whether it be a trial or perpetually free, you may not create multiple accounts to take advantage of the free plan.
We reserve the right to block submissions that our automated systems consider spam. You may not encourage, nor submit, spam submissions. Each form is required to have a CAPTCHA to protect against spam emails.
Each user is given a quota for websites and form submissions. Unused form submissions will not roll over to the next month. You may not attempt to create more websites than your quota allows. Additionally, we may block form submissions for the remainder of the month if you exceed the allocated form submission quota.
Unless on an agency package, you will need to contact us to create a form in SnowMail.
SnowMail’s pricing consists of two different sets of packages, one designed for individual users and developers (“User Packages”), and another designed for agencies and freelancers (“Agency Packages”).
Reselling SnowMail is not allowed for either package type.

In both cases, users may charge their clients a fee. Your clients should be aware of the terms of this agreement and you should handle abuse reports swiftly and appropriately.
SnowMail includes a 99% SLA by default. Enterprise customers may request a higher SLA at an additional cost.
While we try to ensure that emails reach your inbox, and will work with email service and spam filtering providers to resolve issues, we cannot guarantee that emails will not be blocked. For this reason, third-party services blocking emails are excluded from the SLA.
We reserve the right to change pricing and included features at any time. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance about price changes.
Unless terminated by either you or Binaryfrost, this agreement remains in effect perpetually. You may cancel your service with 14 days notice.
In the event of a violation of this agreement, we may limit or disable features of the service or terminate your service with immediate effect.
